1. Agreeing to these terms

By using Foreclosure Attorney Hub (“the directory”, “we”, “us”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are accepting on behalf of a law firm or business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice

The directory is an information resource. Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here creates an attorney–client relationship — not with us, and not with any firm listed. That includes the guided quiz, the courthouse and venue lookups, the guides, and every page describing how foreclosure works.

Foreclosure deadlines are set by statute and by court order, and they do not wait. If your home is at risk, speak with a licensed attorney in your state, or contact a HUD-approved housing counselor, without delay. Do not rely on this site in place of counsel.

3. We are not a referral service

Listing a firm is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a statement that the firm is suitable for your matter. We do not select attorneys for you, we receive no share of any legal fee, and we are not compensated for any engagement you enter into. Choosing an attorney is your decision, and you should make your own inquiries, including checking standing with the state bar.

4. Paid placement

Basic profiles are free. Enhanced and Featured are advertising, are paid, and are labeled wherever they appear. Payment buys position in a labeled block. It does not buy a rating, a verification or a credential. Featured and Enhanced profiles are listed first and are always labeled as paid. Payment does not change how any firm is described. 5. Information about firms

Firm information comes from public sources, from firms’ own websites, and from firms themselves. We verify what we reasonably can and record when a profile was last checked, but details change: addresses move, firms merge, attorneys retire, and domains lapse. We do not warrant that any profile is current, complete or accurate, and you should confirm anything you intend to rely on directly with the firm.

Ratings and review counts, where shown, are reproduced from Google and belong to Google and its reviewers. We do not solicit, edit, filter or moderate them.

If a profile is wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will correct or remove it.

6. For attorneys: claiming and maintaining a profile

If you claim a profile you confirm that you are authorized to act for the firm, that you are licensed and in good standing in every state where you are listed, and that the information you supply is accurate and not misleading. Keeping it accurate is your responsibility.

You remain responsible for your own compliance with the rules of professional conduct that apply to you, including those governing advertising and solicitation. In Connecticut those are Rules 7.1 to 7.5.

We may edit a profile for length, formatting or house style, and we may decline, suspend or remove any profile — paid or free — that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or that we reasonably believe would mislead a homeowner. Where we remove a paid profile for any reason other than your breach, we refund the unused portion.

7. Paid profiles: billing and cancellation

• Term. Paid profiles run for the period stated at checkout and do not renew automatically unless that is stated at the time of purchase. A one-year Featured agreement locks pre-launch pricing for the full year.
• Payment. Fees are payable in advance in US dollars. Prices may change, but never during a term you have already paid for. Pricing that is not locked for one year is subject to change on December 15, 2026.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Once a Featured Position is live, cancelling stops future billing and does not end the paid term.
• Refunds. Any Featured payment made before the position goes live is refundable in full, on request, until December 15, 2026.
• No guarantee of results. We do not promise any number of inquiries, clients, rankings, impressions or revenue. Paid placement buys position on a page, nothing more.

8. Acceptable use

You may read the directory, link to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not scrape it, crawl it for bulk extraction, republish the listings as a dataset, resell the content, or use it to build a competing directory. You may not use contact details taken from the site to send unsolicited marketing to listed firms. You may not interfere with the site or try to reach parts of it you are not authorized to access.

9. Our content

The editorial writing, page structure, court and venue research, and the compilation of the directory are ours and are protected by copyright. Firm names, logos and marks belong to their owners and appear for identification only.

10. Links to other sites

We link to courts, government agencies, legal aid organizations, housing counselors and law firms. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.

11. No warranties

The directory is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information on it is current or accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or the loss of a property, arising from your use of the directory or from any dealing with a listed firm. Our total liability for any claim relating to the directory will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

If you hold a profile, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the information you supplied, from your professional conduct, or from your breach of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Connecticut, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and material changes affecting paid profiles will be notified to the billing contact before they take effect. Continuing to use the directory after a change means you accept it.
