Any Featured payment made before your position goes live is refundable in full, on request, until December 15, 2026. No conditions, no reason needed. Nothing is charged monthly until your profile is approved and published and the position is live.

Who is eligible for a Featured Position?
Firms holding a Google rating of 4.0 stars or higher with at least two years in practice, both checked once at the time of reservation. Payment cannot substitute for either.
How long can a firm hold a Featured Position?
For the length of the agreement. A one-year agreement locks pre-launch pricing; month-to-month pricing is available but may change on December 15, 2026.
Does paying change my verification status or my ranking?
No. Verification is a factual check of bar license, jurisdiction, recent practice and reachability, recorded with the date it was performed. Featured is a labeled advertising position on a county page. The two are decided separately. Featured and Enhanced are paid profiles and are listed first. Within each group, firms are ordered by Google rating, then review count. Payment never changes a firm’s rating or verification record.
Am I the only firm in my county?
No, and we will not tell an attorney otherwise. Featured is county-level visibility, not county-level exclusivity. You are the one featured advertiser on that page; every eligible firm in the county still appears in the listing below the featured block.
Which counties can I buy?
Only counties where the page is already built and foreclosure volume is meaningful enough that the page will see traffic. We do not sell counties we have not published. If yours is not open yet, we note the interest and contact you when it is.
What happens if you never launch my county?
You get your deposit back in full. Any Featured payment made before the position goes live is refundable in full, on request, until December 15, 2026.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
A one-year Featured agreement locks pre-launch pricing for the full year. Month-to-month pricing is available but is not locked and may change on December 15, 2026.
Do I have to pay to be in the directory at all?
No. A Basic profile is free, permanent, and complete on its own — name, location, governing procedure, practice focus and courts of appearance. Claim it and never pay us anything if that is all you need.
